Apples - Day 2

craft: apple collages.... pretty self explanatory.

Language Arts: The Letter "A"

Math: sorting apples

Snack: Apple Finger Cubes (this was obviously before it set and was cut into cubes ;)
Pour 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (I used strawberry though.... it was all I had) into a bowl. Add 2 c boiling water. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add a 6oz can of unsweetened apple juice concentrate. Pour mixture into lightly greased 9"x13" cake pan and chill. Cut into cubes when firm.
